Developer Agreement

This Developer Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of Octio's APIs, SDKs, developer documentation, and related services ("Developer Tools") provided by Octio Technologies Inc. ("Octio"). By registering for and using the Developer Tools, you agree to the following:

1. Access and Use

You may use the Developer Tools solely to build integrations or services that interact with Octio's platform.

You must comply with all Octio policies, including Acceptable Use and Privacy.

Octio may limit, suspend, or revoke your API access at any time.

2. Developer Obligations

You will not misrepresent your application's capabilities or imply Octio endorsement.

You are responsible for securing your API keys.

You must not transmit harmful code or violate any third-party rights.

3. Data Handling

You must disclose your own privacy practices and obtain any user consents required by law.

You may not store, use, or share data accessed via the Developer Tools beyond what is required for your integration.

4. Intellectual Property

Octio retains all ownership of its platform, APIs, and content.

You may not reverse engineer, copy, or resell Octio's Developer Tools.

5. Limitation of Liability

Octio is not liable for damages related to your integration, including third-party claims or service interruptions.

6. Termination

Octio may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using all Developer Tools and delete Octio-provided credentials.
