To maintain the integrity and safety of the Octio platform, all users must comply with this Content Policy. The rules below apply to all content (text, images, video, audio, and other media) created, uploaded, or distributed via Octio.

Users may not use Octio to generate, upload, or share content that:

Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive
Glorifies or promotes violence, hatred, terrorism, or abuse
Contains or promotes scams, phishing, or fraudulent schemes
Defames or harasses individuals or groups
Infringes on intellectual property rights or privacy rights
Violates applicable local, national, or international law

2. Sensitive Content

Users must use discretion and avoid generating content involving:

Political figures, election misinformation, or propaganda
Health-related claims or medical advice
Deepfakes or impersonations without clear disclosures

3. Copyrighted and Licensed Material

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Octio tools complies with copyright and licensing laws. Do not use the platform to generate or distribute copyrighted material without permission.

4. Reporting Violations

5. Enforcement

Octio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and remove any content that violates this policy. In serious cases, we may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

6. Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you have two options:

Use the "Delete Account" button located in the Settings menu on your profile page
Contact us via email at [email protected] with your account deletion request

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
